Intro:
For the architectural profession the future has never been more uncertain. Competition is growing and the rate of change firms must deal with is unprecedented. This change is being driven by a variety of internal and external factors much of which is outside our control. On the whole the design and construction environment is changing. Below is a list of trends and needs that are important indicators of where the profession is heading. While this is an opportunity for the profession to consider dramatic change – to be more responsive to the needs of the client and work in a truly integrated environment- it is also an opportunity for MHC to review it’s current direction and look toward the future by paying attention.
